Lorex Client 13 gives you access to your security system and its settings over the Internet using a PC or Mac computer. Continuous, scheduled, and motion recording options
This NVR can record footage continuously, during scheduled times, or when movement is detected. These recording modes can be customized with each camera as well. A 5 second pre-recording function is also built-in for motion recordings. This means that you will never miss those first few vital moments of movement.
HEVC / H.265 video compression
This NVR is able to receive HEVC (High Efficiency Video Encoding) or H.265 video compression files. This type of encoding can save up to 40% more space when compared to H.264 Advanced Video Coding. Please note that IP security cameras with HEVC video compression are required to take advantage of this feature.
Rugged security-grade hard drive preinstalled
A security grade hard drive comes preinstalled within this NVR. This hard drive is designed for security systems, as it can work continuously without ever taking a break. You can also expand your total storage up to 16TB (2×8TB HDD).
